Insurance We Accept
Franklin Physical Therapy is in-network with Medicare and most major commercial insurance plans. If you have questions about whether your specific plan is covered, call us before your first visit and we’ll look into it. We’d rather have that conversation early than have you find out at the front desk.
We’ll let you know at your evaluation what your coverage looks like and what, if anything, you should expect in terms of out-of-pocket costs.
We are in-network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage plans. Call to verify your specific plan.
Workers' Compensation & Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Claims
We are dedicated to helping you get back to work safely and efficiently, and are happy to accept new workers’ compensation patients at our clinic in Franklin, NJ.
We also provide treatment to those injured in motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims and will work with your insurance to get you seen promptly and on the path to recovery. Please note that we require any patient being seen through an MVA claim to have an active payor source for physical therapy. We do not treat patients on a lien.
How to Verify Your Coverage
The easiest way to confirm your benefits is to call us directly at (973) 531-7592. We’ll contact your insurance on your behalf and find out what your physical therapy benefits include, whether a referral is required, and what your copay or deductible situation looks like.
You can also call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask specifically about outpatient physical therapy benefits. Key things to ask: your deductible, your copay per visit, whether you need prior authorization, and whether there’s a visit limit for the year.

Patients Without Insurance
