How to Send a Referral
Send referrals by fax or phone and we'll handle scheduling from there. Most patients are evaluated within 48 hours of receiving a referral.

We hold openings for new patients and evaluate most referrals within two business days, so your patients don't sit waiting in pain.
One-on-One Care
Every session is direct, hands-on treatment with a licensed therapist. No aides running the floor and no double-booking.
Home Visits Available
For patients who can't travel after surgery or due to limited mobility, we offer home visits for the evaluation and early sessions before transitioning to the clinic.
Direct Communication
You'll hear back on evaluations and progress, and the clinic is reachable directly for questions about a shared patient's plan of care.
